The goal of this court is to educate the new & seasoned rental property owner and instruct them how to properly manage their property so they can successfully succeed in the real estate industry.
The course is structured along a timeline that begins with the owner's initial purchase, preparing the rental, advertising, administration, renting, managing their property and finally to the move out of the tenant.
Attendees are expected to attend all 4 sessions in order to receive a certificate.
DATES: April 9th, 11th, 24th & 25th beginning at 5:30 p.m.
COST: $375.00 per person
