The May Newsletter is now available online. This month's meeting will be about using technology to run your rental business. The speakers will demostrate some practical applications that will make your life as a landlord easier. It wiill be held on Thursday, May 24th at the Siebenbuerger Club. In the newsletter you can find articles about filling your vacancies, why you must process every rental application, inspecting your property, and a guide for getting through emergency home repairs. - RENTAL INSPECTION PROGRAM PRESS RELEASE
As many of you are aware by now, the Association has filed a lawsuit against the City of Erie regarding their Rental Property Inspection Ordinance. We have been discussing our issues regarding this ordinance with the City for some time, but we have had no success in getting them to make corrections. While we have never wanted to battle the City in court, it was the concensus of the Board that the timing was right to seek legal counsel and take steps in court that will hopefully lead to a resolution.
