  The February Newsletter is now available online - This month's dinner meeting is titled - Help..When Disaster Hits! It will be on Thursday, February 23rd at the Zem Zem Shrine Club. • RENTAL INSPECTION PROGRAM PRESS RELEASE

  As many of you are aware by now, the Association has filed a lawsuit against the City of Erie regarding their Rental Property Inspection Ordinance. We have been discussing our issues regarding this ordinance with the City for some time, but we have had no success in getting them to make corrections. While we have never wanted to battle the City in court, it was the concensus of the Board that the timing was right to seek legal counsel and take steps in court that will hopefully lead to a resolution.
