AWARDS PROGRAM 2003

  In 1996, the Apartment Association instituted an awards program “who can improve their property the most?”  Each year, the participants and the winners are published in the newspaper.  The pictures listed reflect the Awards Committee members, the winners and properties submitted for this year’s program.  The owner’s benefit by increasing their property values, the tenant gains by improved living conditions and the community receives a reconditioned piece of property. 

    The Apartment Association represents the income property owners of over 1600 members covering Erie, Crawford and Warren counties.  Our office provides our members with information through the web site, seminars, credit reports, newsletters, leases and other forms.  This information is used by our membership to reduce their economic risk.  Further information can be obtained by calling our office at 866-7414 Monday thru Friday 9:30am to 5:00pm.
