"VIRTUAL" INTRODUCTION TO LANDLORDING 101

The goal of this course is to educate the new or seasoned rental property owner and instruction them how to properly manage their property. The course is structured along a timeline that begins with the owner's initial purchase, preparing the rental, advertising, administration, renting, managing their property and finally to the move out of the tenant.
The cost for the class includes all 4 sessions.
Virtual Class Dates are: Tuesday, February 21st; Wednesday, February 22nd; Tuesday, February 28th and Wednesday, March 1st.
Attendees are expected to attend all 4 sessions to receive a certificate.
