The goal of this course is to educate the new & seasoned rental property owner and instruct them how to properly manage their property so they can successfully succeed in the real estate industry.
The course is structured along a timeline that begins with the owner’s initial purchase, preparing the rental, advertising, administration, renting, managing their property and finally to the move out of the tenant.
Attendees are expected to attend both sessions in order to receive a certificate.
